Privacy Statement
O'Neills collects personally identifying information about you for the primary purpose of maintaining records when acting for you or retaining documents on your behalf. The information is also kept for the purpose of forwarding to you newsletters and other information believed to be informative and useful to you.
O'Neills does not allow access to your personal information to anyone other than the Principal, staff, persons authorised by law such as the Taxation Office and my Trust account Auditor, and of course, yourself.
You can access all personal information about you held by us upon making a request and arranging a mutually convenient time to do this. You may also request that we remove personal information that you do not wish us to retain and which we are not required by law to retain.
We do not release or sell your personal information to any other person or company.

Kerry O'Neill is a solicitor who talks to you in plain English, in a way that you can understand. He does not make you feel uncomfortable if you don't understand what is being said and you know you are going to talk to the man who is normally doing the work, it's not going to be passed to someone else who was not involved with you at the initial interview.
Kerry is available when you want to talk to him, and your work is completed promptly, especially if there are deadlines. His fees are reasonable because he is not paying huge city rents. You will be happy with your decision to use his services.
